Community Licenses for Atlassian Apps

At ServiceRocket, we are big supporters of Not-For-Profit (NFP) companies. To show our appreciation, we welcome NFPs to register for free community licenses for ServiceRocket connectors and apps. Please follow the directions below for obtaining free licenses.

How to obtain a free license?

Step 1 | Evaluate the app

    Please visit the Apps listing page for a complete listing of ServiceRocket connectors and apps. Add the evaluation license for your connector or plugin to your shopping cart and you will receive a 30-day evaluation key.

    Step 2 | Spread the word

      Once you've evaluated the connector or add-on, take a few minutes to help us spread the word in the following ways:
      • For Atlassian apps, write a review on the Atlassian Marketplace.
      • Review and Like us on Facebook
      • Follow us on Twitter. Tweet about our app and mention @ServiceRocket, #Confluence and #Atlassian
      * You could also do a case study or suggest to help in other ways if the above doesn't fit with the values of your organization. Feel free to make a suggestion to us. Our goal is to help spread the word.

          Step 3 | Place your order

            Place the order on the ServiceRocket Marketplace (the same way as you did for the evaluation), but add in the complete products that you would like.
            • Upon checking out, select "Pay by Purchase Order" and enter the words "community license" under the Purchase Order Number field
            • IMPORTANT - For Atlassian connectors and plugins, the Organization and Contact details must match your Atlassian's NFP or community license (if they do not, please add your Atlassian license details to the comments).
            • IMPORTANT - For Atlassian connectors and plugins, please use the following template in the Comments for the order:

            Submit your order. It will take 2-3 business days to turnaround the order - please be patient with us! We may need to contact you for more information and a copy of your 501(c)(3) or equivalent status certificate. Having it ready to send to us can expedite the process.

            Step 4 | You are approved!

              Assuming your application is satisfactory, you will be granted a one-year subsidized license within 2-3 days. It will be available in your digital library for download.

              Renewals

                Assuming you have a good experience with our products, you may get another year of licenses by following the steps below. Please remember to help us spread the word (see step 2).

                Please refer to our FAQ on Renewal to renew your add-ons.

                Place your order as per Step 3 above. It will take us approximately 1-2 working days to extend your licenses by another year.

                Points to remember

                  We are excited about giving back to the community. Please note that users of free licenses are limited to free support channels. If additional support is required, you can contact us. Community License holders can ask us for a discount on our education services.

                  Atlassian connectors and apps are limited to holders of NFP or community licenses for Atlassian products. We reserve the right to change or cancel this program at any time. We reserve the right to refuse a subsidized license to any organization for any reason.
